When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, delivery address and any notes you provide. We also collect your drawer dimensions and container configuration to generate your STL files.

We use your information to generate your custom drawer organiser, contact you about your quote and arrange delivery. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You will receive an automated confirmation email when you submit a quote request. We may also email you about your order status. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by replying to any email with the word “unsubscribe”.

We retain your quote details and generated STL files for up to 12 months in case you wish to reorder. After this period, your data may be deleted.

Your data is stored on a secure server. We use HTTPS to protect information in transit and limit access to authorised personnel only.
