Terms of Service

The prices shown on our website are estimates based on filament, electricity, labour, machine upkeep and shipping. Final prices may vary after we review your design, material availability and delivery address. We will confirm the final price before printing.

Most orders are printed within 1–2 business days after quote confirmation and payment. Large or complex orders may take longer. We will notify you of any delays.

Singapore orders are charged a flat shipping rate. International shipping rates are estimates and may vary. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

All drawer organisers are custom-made to your specifications. Because of their personalised nature, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We will, however, replace or refund any item that has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

The designs generated by our website are yours for personal use. We retain the right to reuse generic design templates and site content for marketing and service improvements.
